I talked to solar power suppliers from Binan Laguna:  Joey Loyola, the GM, and his marketing man Irwin, a drug rep.   They have installed 70 units all ready.  He claims that he has deep connection to supplier. We had to part ways with AV Power system because of delayed deliveries, and inability to service quickly our concern.

I found their price to be rather stiff:

Using Norwegian REC panels with inverters and battery (off grid system - it means it can work at nighttime, and off Meralco system;  it will work during brown out)
